WHAT TO EXPECT AT OUR LOTS…
First and foremost, we want to make sure that the tree you take home is one you will enjoy well through the Christmas season. We go through great measures to keep our trees fresh and looking good, by keeping the trees hydrated throughout their time on our lot and by cutting and grooming high-quality trees. Secondly, we want you to feel welcome and invited. You are our guest and our staff respects that. We are available to answer any questions you may have and are willing to help you search for YOUR perfect tree.

SERVICES
We pride ourselves on delivering high-quality trees with exceptional service. When you find a tree that you like, we will, for no extra charge:

Give it a fresh cut so that it can “drink” plenty of water
Shake out any loose needles and debris with our mechanical tree shaker. Old needles are the mess that you see under your tree. Our shaker helps immensely to cut down on the mess.
Net your tree to protect the branches on your way home. The netting also makes it easier to carry in the door. We recommend not cutting the netting until the tree is standing. This way, the netting holds the branches up as you adjust your stand. The easiest way to take off the netting is to cut a slit from the bottom up. Once you get past the fat part of the tree, you can pull the netting off like a sock.
Install your stand. If you bring your stand with you, we will put it on for you. And, if it is a stand that you bought from us, we will replace the grommet seal.
Load the tree for you. Whether you drive a Porsche or a Monster truck, we will load the tree and tie it down for you. Although the branches generally are not an issue, if you are concerned about the paint on your vehicle, you may want to bring a blanket to put down before we put your tree on top of your car.

DELIVERY AVAILABLE
We can have your trees delivered. And, if you have your room ready, we can bring the tree in and stand it up for you! We will do our best to accommodate your schedule, so we will arrange a time when you will be home to receive the tree. It is very important that you are home at time of delivery, because we need to get the tree standing in water before the fresh cut saps over. Once the sap seals the butt, the tree can’t “drink” any water, which means the tree won’t last as long.
